German Bundestag Scholarship Requirements
To be eligible for the German Bundestag Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Citizenship: From Botswana, Namibia, South Africa (Southern Africa); Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda (East Africa); Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal (West Africa)
- Age: Below 30 at the start of the scholarship on January 1st
- Education: Completed university studies
- Language: Proficient in German (at least B2 level)
Application Procedure
- Complete the Application Form (in German).
- Attach a passport photo to the application form.
- Provide proof of German language skills (not older than 2 years).
- Submit a motivation letter in German with your signature (max two pages).
- Include a copy of your passport or ID.
- Attach your university degree certificate.
- Provide a letter of recommendation in German or English.
